We understand that plans can change, and this Refund Policy outlines the terms for cancellations, modifications, and exceptions.

By booking our services, you agree to the following conditions:

1. Full Refund – Cancellation at Least 7 Days in Advance

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled transfer date are eligible for a 100% refund of the total booking amount.

2. Partial Refund – Cancellation 24 Hours to 6 Days in Advance

• Cancellations made between 24 hours and 6 days before the transfer are eligible for a 50% refund of the booking amount.

​

3. No Refund – Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours in Advance

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer are not eligible for any refund.

4. Flight Delays or Changes

• Delays under 90 minutes: We will do our best to accommodate without extra charge.

• Delays over 90 minutes: Treated as a no-show unless agreed in advance. Refunds will not be issued.

• If alternative transport is needed, clients must claim these expenses via their travel insurance. We can provide supporting documentation upon request.

5. Disruptions Due to External Factors

In the event of road closures, accidents, extreme weather, or similar unforeseeable events:

• We will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative solution.

• However, ALPY is not liable for missed flights, accommodation, or any related expenses.

6. Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed via the same payment method used during booking.

• Please allow 1 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

7. Requesting a Refund

• Refund requests must be submitted by the original booking holder via email to info@alpy.eu.

• Include your booking reference and reason for cancellation.

8. No-Show Policy

• If a passenger fails to show up without prior notice, the booking is non-refundable.

• This includes flight delays beyond 90 minutes unless prior communication has occurred.

9. Booking Changes

• If you need to modify your booking, contact us as soon as possible.

• We will do our best to accommodate, but changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

10. Weather and Safety Cancellations

• If ALPY cancels a transfer due to extreme weather or safety risks, a full refund will be provided.

11. Exceptional Circumstances

• In the case of medical emergencies or extraordinary personal situations, refund requests will be reviewed case by case. Supporting documents may be required.
