  • How do I know my booking is confirmed?
    Once you complete your booking online, you will receive a confirmation via email with all the details. You can also view your scheduled transfer in our system​.
  • Can I reserve your service for out of town trips?
    Our routes can be adjusted to any inquiry. If non of ALPY chauffeurs will be available, we will find a tailor-made solution with our partners.
  • What safety measures do you have in place for winter driving?
    Our vehicles are equipped with winter tires, snow chains, and regularly inspected by our technical team to ensure they meet the highest safety standards.
  • I need transportation for a multi-day trip. Can you help me?
    ALPY offers different multi-day trips. For a specific inquiries please contact us!
  • How long time in advance do we have to book our transfer?
    It really depends on your specific situation. Most of the last-minute bookings also can be executed.
  • Can I modify my booking?
    Yes, if you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability​.
  • I need transportation for a multi-day trip. Can you help me?
    ALPY does offer multi-day trips. For a specific transfer please contact us!
  • Do you offer any refunds for bad weather conditions?
    Yes, in cases of extreme weather that prevents us from providing the transfer, we will issue a full refund.
  • Are your drivers licensed and experienced?
    All our drivers are fully licensed, skilled, and trained to handle Alpine driving conditions, ensuring your safety and comfort throughout the journey.
